Before your visit
Studio Policies
Please review these policies before booking. Questions are always welcome.
Cancellation & No-Shows
At The Revival Studio, our services are in high demand, and appointment availability is limited. When a scheduled appointment is missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it prevents us from offering that time to another guest who may be waiting.
We understand that things can come up and that appointments booked in advance are easy to forget. That’s why we send appointment confirmations and reminders via text or email several days prior, as well as a day-of reminder.
Please note:
Appointments must be canceled by phone. Cancellations via text message, social media, or email are not accepted. If we’re unable to reach you, it remains your responsibility to keep track of your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation or no-show fees.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a 35% fee of the booked appointment in accordance with our studio policy.
Since a 50% deposit is required for our higher-end services, if a client no-shows an appointment that required a 50% deposit, the deposit will be forfeited in place of the standard no-show fee — the additional 35% no-show fee will not also be charged. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled, it must be rebooked within 30 days of the original appointment date, or the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support of The Revival Studio.
Late Arrival
A client may arrive up to 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes, it is at the discretion of the service provider whether the appointment can still be completed as booked, or whether it needs to be rescheduled or modified. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled due to a late arrival, a cancellation fee will apply.

- The Revival Studio reserves the right to verify a gift card’s validity and available balance before accepting it as payment.
9. General Terms
- Gift cards are subject to applicable Massachusetts and federal law. If any portion of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the requirements of the law will control.
- The Revival Studio reserves the right to update these terms when necessary, provided that updates will not reduce any rights or protections already provided to customers under applicable law.
By purchasing, receiving, or using a Revival Studio Gift Card, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions regarding a gift card or its balance, please contact The Revival Studio directly.
Bridal & Wedding
The Revival Studio is honored to be part of your wedding day. Please review the following terms for bridal and wedding party bookings:
- A trial must be booked at least one month prior to the wedding date in order for the wedding contract to be confirmed. If no trial is booked by that deadline, it is left to the discretion of the stylist whether they are able to perform wedding-day services.
- The wedding contract must be signed and a 50% non-refundable deposit paid at the time of submission to secure the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least one week prior to the wedding date.
For full details, please review and sign the Wedding Contract.
Refunds
At The Revival Studio, we take pride in our work and want every client to be satisfied with their experience. Due to the time, products, and supplies used during appointments, all services are final and non-refundable once performed.
If you have a concern with your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment and provide photos when applicable. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, may offer a complimentary adjustment or correction. Corrections are provided at the discretion of the service provider and must be related to the original service requested.
Refunds or complimentary corrections will not be provided for a change of mind, failure to follow aftercare instructions, concerns reported outside the 72-hour period, or services that have been altered by another provider or individual.
Results and longevity may vary based on individual factors, previous services, maintenance, lifestyle, and aftercare and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling, and late arrivals are subject to our separate Cancellation & Booking Policy.
By booking and receiving services at The Revival Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment at The Revival Studio. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.
Deposits are specific to the appointment for which they were collected. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment as long as proper notice is provided in accordance with our Cancellation & Booking Policy.
Deposits may be forfeited in the event of a no-show, last-minute cancellation, or cancellation outside of our required notice period. A new deposit may be required before booking another appointment.
If The Revival Studio or your service provider must cancel your appointment and we are unable to reschedule you, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a future appointment.
By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this Deposit Policy.

A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept securely on file to book and maintain appointments at The Revival Studio.
Your card will not be charged simply for being kept on file. Charges will only be made when authorized for services, deposits, or when applicable under our Cancellation, No-Show, Late Arrival, or other booking policies.
By providing a card on file and booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that applicable fees may be charged to the card in accordance with our posted policies.
